    "I may say its my fault, but i know i could have done more."

    I thought today had been a breakthrough. Woke up early in the morning, and surprisingly changed into my track gear. That is to say white track pants and singlet. Well, my idea was that if i had changed into the gear/outfit, i'd go do some running and chin ups at the nearby exercise station near my place. Anyways, i was part right or should i say half right cause i didnt do the running part. After my chin up regime which i only managed to do my max of 20 (last one struggling) and other couple more follow up chin ups, i TRIED doing some sit ups. And WOAH-TO-THE HOLLY shiete! I couldnt do that many. I struggled doing 20. My upper body felt so heavy, so berat, so mafan to lift up. Hmmm... i vonder vhy?

    Got home, damn shagged and had nasi lemak for breakfast. It was OKAY luh. Ate at my computer table cause i thought i could catch a streaming movie online but apparently, the website said i've watched1 too many. So bah hum bug! I couldnt. Watched Die Hard 4.0 instead. I still think Bruce Willis kicks ass. Real Hard. And oh, nice witty one liners he has. (:

    Blah blah blah, beforei knew it, i fell asleep sleeping next to my younger brother on my parent's bed. Woke up at 1pm. Felt groggy. Took a shower cause i havent bathe apparently and then had lunch. Read Harry Potter and the Goblet Of Fire (HP's nice to read i dunno why) and fell asleep on my bed again. ALL THE JOLLY WAY till 6pm. Wake up, exercise, eat, sleep, wake up, eat sleep. Thats the routine for today. Well, fuch it. My plan was more of wake up, exercise, eat, clean room, eat, call some people, eat and then sleep. Total nightmare!

    I remembered being half awake and when my mom came back from work, she exclaimed to my other siblings, "Tengok abang kau, jogging entah brape lepas tu skarang tidur." Translation: "Look at your brother, jogging dunno how far (this morn) and now sleeping.". In other words she's s trying to say my keep-fit plan really sucked.

    I couldnt disagree more. (:

    Well, what a day it has been. These "wings" of mine still ache from the many chin ups i did this morning. Oh yeah. No pain, no gain they say. Damn i'm hungry from all the blogging. Well, LOOK AT THE TIME (2000H). No wonder...its DINNER TIME!
