"Toot! Tooot!"

I didnt quite know what the hell Beep Test is all about until i took one for myself. Its supposedly able to reflect your fitness level in terms of endurance running wise. I dont really know much. Haha. But all i know was that i had to run 20m and back before the BEEP sounds. Think its easy? From stage 1 to stage 2 there are 10 BEEPS before it levels up to level 2 and so on.... thats not all, the beeping sound becomes faster every level up. i hit level 10.0. Im sure i could have done more. After that BEEP test, i was all wet from my sweat. And its very uncommon for me to sweat THAT much unless i really work out hard.


Just 3 more practical lessons and test and i can get my license!! :)) Ohh so happy... macam faham.
