"Everything inside never comes out right."

I guess as you grow older, Birthdays dont really matter much. Its like national day parade. Always looking forward to it, but when it comes, we just go "Oooh Ahh!" and same old shit Ooh-Ahh kinda phrases. And when the parade's all over, we go back home. Or if we're catching it LIVE on TV, we'll go on watching News Five tonight and forgot what happened during the parade.

Maybe its because we dont really expect much from adults who use to give us $50 or a giant toy robot on our birthdays last time to actually give us the same kind of treatment at the age of lets say, 17? 20? Ever since reaching the late teens ages, my birthdays hasn't been grand like when i was 1 or 9 years old. Its always a case of Mom's cooking and i'd probably buy a 2-for-1 pizza and have it for dinner together. Simple yet rustic.

But the thing that always get me all warmed up is the fact that i have friends who practiacally spent like what 1 min of their time just to wish me Happy Birthday. I'm real touched. Thing is, they know when my birthday is and i on my part dont even know when is theirs! What kind of a friend am i? Sheesh nabil, you suck at remembering birthdays...

Anyways, all i did for to celebrate my non-teen birthday was to go for my bike practical lessons. In fact i went for 2 and passed both! what a sweet birthday present isnt it? Now i'm left with 7 more pracs before my TP. Cool shit babe!

After completing my 2nd prac on that day, it was around 2300H by then and i had ordered Canadian Pizza (2 Large) and had them for supper with the family. My dad brought back satay, and that i whacked too... Sedap!

Quite boring right the way i celebrate my 1st non-teen b'day? But the best is yet to come....
