"We always want what we cant have"
Last Friday, i had my first ever rugby training in SIR SIR SIR camp. It had been a very long time since i had a proper rugby training. Well, ok the training wasnt all THAT fantabulous but it was fun, really. Played 5 on 5 touch and then onto some modified contact rugby. made a few tries and assisted in a couple. Sounds good right? But when it came to the modified touch which requires a lil contact, i fumbled. I couldnt do a proper tackle. I'm too much of a scrum half mentality in me. I tend to hang back in rucks and mauls. Always hesitating. I'm much better off as a no. 9 than a 14 or 11. But overall, training was good. Got a strain neck for a while after the training. Tackled wrongly. Shitty man. I was useless in takles. Well, maybe not in one or two. But a rugger is just as good as the tackles he make. And i'm not much of a good tackler...yet. Sigh. Back to basics and scratch i'd say. ~~~ On a more off-pitch side, last week, i cleared watching 4 movies! Yes, 4 movies y'all. Blades of Glory, High School Musical 2, Hot Fuzz and Accepted. Ok, they're all "old" movies but what the heck? I was bored and the movies were interesting enough to make me watch again. And again. Was half way watching Jay Chou's Secret though when i felt bad not watching it with my "gay" friends. Yes, we're gay. Happy = Gay. The happy kind of gay. Not the homo hobos thingy. He said to call him when i wanted to watch the show, but i had free time and he had guard duty. So I watched it without him. I mean, he watched the show before, i havent. But i felt bad, and so i decided to wait. Damn, i make a good boyfirend. ~~~ HEROES the series. What can i say about this show? Hiro Nakamura, Claire, Mr Isaac, Peter & Nathan Petrelli, Matt Parkman etc etc... They're good. But sadly, I havent really watch it the way it should. I've been Star Wars-ing it. In which to i wish to clarify that i've been watching it jumbled up - like the Star Wars series. Was at my aunts place, scrolling down the SCV channels when it dawned upon me that Ch 18 was showing Heroes (Season 1). So i decided to stick to it and watch. Like all guys, we can multi-tasks real good. Thats how affairs start. ANYWAYS, i was switching channels between ManU-Reading match and Heroes. Advertisment, it was soccer. Half time, it was Heroes. Which ever was more interesting, i watched it. Ok, so i watched and ate some delicious chocolate fudge brownies which i swore it was good. And when a man like me say, the food's good, it means its real good. I know my stuffs. So after realizing that the soccer match is over, i watched Heroes all the way, till 2am. God knows what episode i'm watching. All i know that the last scene of Heroes in which i saw was when Hiro Nakamura met himself or so the future self, in Mr Isak!'s (as Hiro would have called him) house. And that by then, all of New York is destroyed by some kind of bomb. I guess, it was me. I'm DA bomb aint i? Haha. haha. hah hah. Ok. Not funny. I get it. Dammit, why is it that russel peters can be so lame and people pay him to laugh at his jokes? When i'm already here, naturally funny and fun and lame (at times) yet, i do it for free and people dont quite find it funny. Screwed up world it is man. Shit. Ok, ok. Back on track. So this morning, i woke up and turned on Ch 18 again, and Hell to the YES, Heroes was back on TeeVEE. Then, i realised that the episode i'm currently watching, Mr Isak! is still alive and still have his brains in him. Sorry for the spoiler. Like what the hell, i watched 2 episodes of it and found out that i was watching Episode 6 and Episode 7. When yesterday night i had been watching Episode 15 ++++++++. I told you i had been Star Wars-ing Heroes. And that just seems so funny. I felt like, Hiro Nakamura. Able to time travel. Damn i'm good. Hey, for all you know, i'm one of them...now dont go around telling Sylar that. Your Hero, Hiro "Legend" Nakamura |
