"Hello little boys, little toys"

So yesterday i went to The Arena to catch the Inter-JC Pageant 2007/2008 and hell to the yes it was quite boring. I expected more vibe and atmosphere but the people there just weren't feelin' what i was trippin' man. Y'all know what i mean. I stayed up post-pageant thingy to dance to the music (which i think that clubbing now officially sucks), i got the 1st MRT back home from Clarke Quay station. Reached home at 0725H and slept all the way till past 1400H. True to the SAF "care for soldiers" - 7 hours of undisturbed rest.

Personally, i find that the pageant thingy is over-hyped. Hell, even parents came down to the club with their daughters. Really hot daughter one of them. Mmmm mmmm mmmM! And the contestants werent THAT great either. Well, maybe a few. Most of them look just like your typical chinese guy in school. Sporting long fringes and spike hair. Typical Chinese Guy. The TCG i call it. They'd probably were picked by their school mates because they kena saboh. I'm sure i've seen much hotter looking guys in those other schools. And true to my theory - the top 2 guys were an Ang Moh Hawaiian Kid and a chinese-looking malay guy. Kuddos. (:

They girls on the other hand were relatively much better looking... on stage + the make up. One the dance floor, some that i've seen were just like some other common JC chinese girls that i've seen. But I'm happy that JJC's Jayne won Queen for the pageant. Its twice in a row for JJC to win in this event. Shih Wen was last year's winna and this time its Jayne. Like "Are we good or what?!". I'm sure, next year Year 1 intake will see a high surge in the number of guys coming into JJC... And i'll be there. I'll be there. ;)
