"So do you have any plans?"
Today i went back to school to collect my A Levels certificate and all the other blahs etc and yada yadas. I must say im very impressed at the folder they gave me. In the folder is all my results and testimonials. Aww... sweet. On the cover of the maroon brown hard plastic folder, was the MOE's signature symbol and of course, the words "Ministry Of Education Republic Of Singapore". It makes the whole graduation certificate looks so professional and as if i came from some distinguished University, for eg. UNSW Asia.
After taking the cert and stuffs, i met up with a teacher and some of the current J2 and a J1 student(s). Its crazy! They were all studying! I remember vividly that around this time of the year back then when im in J1, i was chilling, slacking, playing and looking at girls. Yeah. Now THAT was JC life. Shall i mention the time my alpha males classmates played soccer in a class. Make that many classes. Sweeeeet! Going back to JC was probably the best thing that had happened so far this past few weeks. Makes me feel young and youthful again.
Ok so i had lunch with my friend and headed to JP, intending to watch Pirates of the Caribbean 3. But NOOOOOO.... i cant, cause my good old friend had planned it all out 3 years ago not to watch Pirates so that he dont need to watch it with anyone. We ended up going to Mac and eating ice cream, stoning and planning what to do for the day. It went something like this:
Me: Hey Handsome (not his real name), so do you have any plans?
Handsome: Err... not actually. I was thinking of going home and play soccer later.
Me: Well, ok. But do you want to watch Shrek 3 instead? (i was getting desperate to catch a movie)
Handsome: Nahh, its ok. I dont really watch/understand Shrek anyways.
Me: You know in Pirates, Jack Sparrow is eaten up by some monster and so the rest of his friends want to go and save him. There you go i've summarized Pirates Of Caribbean 2 for you.
Handsome: Still a no. Dont try to tempt me to watch...
So, so the conversation got really really long. Imagine 2 hours of non-stop discussion and persuasion to watch Pirates 3. It was horrible. In the end, we ended up going home and heading our seperate ways, with me blogging and Handsome now online on msn... I need to watch Pirates of Caribbean 3 before i check in into Hotel Company man.
Maybe a midnight movie would do justice. I dont know.
