"Far, a long way to run."
![]() I feeling fucked up. Tired, disappointed, broken hearted, lost, lonely many words to describe my feelings not NOW NOW but more like of late. I've grown never to jump into things too fast, be it a relationship or not. And seriously, im losing my "touch" of certain stuffs. I have been slowing down and that makes my progress prtty slow. Its not a nice feeling. And i need someone to hold on to to change. I need assurance. I pride myself to be a perfectionist only to realise that sometimes, you don't have to be perfect to love someone. Romeo-ed, Bil
"Mmmm whatcha say, Mmm that you only meant well?"
![]() I've not been blogging religiously as i used to. Caught up with work, girls, FaceBook, Twitter, MSN and the occasional LAZINESS. Im tired. But lately, there have been a few good news and bad news and i on my other other hand, have great developments going on for myself. I may not be loving life 100% right now. But i know, the future will be better....Its a matter of time. A matter of delayed gratification. Seriously, i think S$100K/mth is a serious profession for me to think about deeply. Thank God, i withdrew from NIE. But dont worry, im not a person who easily forgets his roots and friends. Love, Bil
"Big Time in Little Street."
![]() The cartoon above has no relations whatsoever to what im about to blog. Its just cute and pure plain funny. Love it. Then again, could it be true? o_O ~~~ Im not too sure if anyone of you caught last Saturday's tele-movie, BIG TIME IN LITTLE STREET on Channel 5 at around 8pm? Its a local tele-movie, and god knows what is tele-movie really. I got the term picked out from some forum regarding the "tele-movie" you see. So yeah, pardon my non-media knowledge here. Anyways, what i can say about that show was that IT WAS FANTABULOUSLY SUPERB. A class of its own. Totally. Period. I simply LOVE the movie, the plot and all. Cast was great. Storyline was awesome. Moral-of-the-story was superb. Nowadays, i watch movies to inspire me. To motivate me. Look at the underlying meanings behind every action that the character does. Im no Oscar critic or in its selection committee but simply put, i believe that movies are made with meaning behind them. For us to learn a thing or 2 about life. And not just about the drugs, gun fights, sex and money. The tele-movie was simply awesome. Gosh! How many times must i say it???! Its about friendship, brotherhood, trust, business, future, love, perserverance and desire. What more could you ask for from a SG made film? Its the whole package. If Courts were to have their Mega Courts Sale, this is something like it. Too good to be true. And a TOTAL MUST WATCH BEFORE YOU TURN 20 kinda movie. Well, if you are BEYOND 20, all the more you should catch it. Dammit. Period. If i could download (yes, i know its kinda illegal) I WOULD. I would rip it into VCD/DVDs and sell it...Big Time. In little street. Okays, pun not intended. Well, kinda. But whatever. Its SIMPLY A MUST WATCH, MUST SEE, MUST CATCH, DIE DIE MUST TRY AND WATCH IT ONCE! movie. Period. Thts the 3rd period im having in a post. I think i have cramps coming up. What the fcuk are you wating for? Find the tele-movie, call mediacorp, whatsoever and watch it. And if you have a copy, tell me about it. Dont be stingy, share the love. I swear its a 10.10 tele-movie...coming from a Singapore film, thats some R.E.S.P.E.C.T you should start considering to give to man. Big Time, Bil
"Trip of a lifetime."
![]() You could choose to be "Homeless and unemployed" OR "Just Lazy". Either which it wont do you ANY good. That being said, this comic strip reminded me of one thing - Life. We could always be the 1st guy, the 2nd guy or even the people who are already working, employed. But one thing's for sure is that NONE would have the ultimate luxury of time as what im about to blog here. Its gonna be a VERY VERY VERY looooong post. Hang in there. Dont be like the "Just Lazy" guy. ~~~ Alright, recently, i was discussing about taking a break/vacation/holiday whatever you call it, from all the hustle and bustle of SG life. So i asked, "What would your favourite holiday be like? And where?". While everyone have their dream vacation and holidays from Hollywood to Mumbai to Hong Kong, I have mine in mind. While everyone have their 3 day holiday vacation break to their month long honeymoon around Europe or where ever, i have mine in mind too. Now, you might be wondering what would that dream holiday/vacation of mine be. Mine would be nothing fanciful like just going to Paris to buy a Chanel bag or LV suit or some sort like that. Or that kind whereby you go Safari at South Africa for a day or two and go home. Nope. Mine, would blow your mind away. It'll be a trip to 52 countries/cities. Consecutively. Staying in each country for at least 5 days (plus traveling time, total would be 7 days). That would give me a total of 52 weeks for my vacation. If you do your maths right, it'll be 365 days a.k.a 1 YEAR of holidaysssss. Around the world. Free and easy. I already have the countries/cities in mind. Bear with me here, they are.... (High-chance it'll be in this order) 0) Changi Airport, Singapore 1) New York, USA 2) California, USA 3) Las Vegas, USA 4) The Grand Canyon @ Arizona, USA 5) Toronto, Canada 6) Rio De Janeiro, Brazil 7) London, UK 8) Manchester, UK 9) Paris, France 10) Madrid, Spain 11) Barcelona, Spain 12) Rome, Italy 13) Milan , Italy 14) Zurich, Switzerland 15) Bern, Switzerland 16) Berlin, Germany 17) Amsterdam, Netherlands 18) Copenhagen, Denmark 19) Prague, Czech Republic 20) Moscow, Russia 21) Athens, Greece 22) Istanbul, Turkey 23) Cairo, Egypt 24) Cape Town, South Africa 25) Kruger National Park, South Africa 26) The Drakensburg Mountians, South Africa 27) Abu Dhabi, UAE 28) Dubai, UAE 29) Huvafen Fushi, Maldives 30) Diva Maldives, Maldives 31) Alila Villas Hadahaa, Maldives 32) Mumbai, India 33) New Delhi, India 34) Kathmandu, Nepal 35) Beijing, China 36) Seoul, South Korea 37) Tokyo, Japan 38) Kobe, Japan 39) Taipei, Taiwan 40) Hong Kong 41) Manila, Philippines 42) Sipadan Island, Sabah, Malaysia 43) Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei 44) Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam 45) Phnum Penh, Cambodia 46) Bangkok, Thailand 47) Ko Samui, Thailand 48) Bali, Indonesia 49) Great Barrier Reef @Queensland, Australia 50) Ayers Rock @ Uluru, Ausralia 51) Sydney, Australia 52) Auckland, New Zealand Finally. After 365 days. 52 weeks. 52 countries. Its finally back to Singpore y'all. (: ~~~ Dont you just love this plan? I have the plan, i have the time. All i need now is the money. Now, if anyone is interested in venturing with me in this trip, this DREAM vacation of mine (and prolly yours too) let us pool together our resources and get the best deals in the world for this trip. Let me know if you're interested. We'll definitely work something out, to get the money. Sponsor anyone? Hahaha! Estimated expenditure (air flights, accommodation and all): S$182,000/person. Thats S$15200/mth. S$507/day. Its that cheap! If theres one thing i know is that, whatever thing in this world that has a price tag to it, it means its achievable. Its only a matter of time. And for all the sights and sounds and people and cultures that i'd be interacting with - priceless. We live life once. This IS indeed a trip of a lifetime. Just so you know, my targeted date of travel, 010411. 2 years from now. So start saving y'all. (: The Globe trekker! Bil
"Thoughts become things"
![]() Sometimes when we are angry, it brings out the best in us. I need inspiration, motivation and a really good feeling. Feels like theres more to life than my simple life. Thought become things, they say. When you lose everything, you would be capable of anything. In the Pursuit of Happiness, Bil |
